We are a Better Business Bureau accredited business. We have a state license to conduct minor home repairs (R-62) in Arizona, and all of our contractors are certified and licensed as well. We offer several home improvement services including fixture installation, new feature installation, drywall repair, and painting services. If you want to give your house a new look, or simply want to update and renovate a portion of your home, we have the expertise and experience to help you out.
When you get in touch with our contractors at AZ Express Services, we’ll first conduct a thorough assessment of the property and the project before giving you an obligation-free quote. The quote takes into account materials and labor, and will also cover the expected amount of time the project will take to complete. You’re under no obligation to accept the quote, but if you do, we’ll arrange a time to proceed that works for you. We will also give you an estimated deadline for when the project will be completed.
We value transparency, so if anything changes during the course of the home improvement project, we will notify you immediately, and we’ll only proceed when you give us the go-ahead.
We do all our work to the highest standard and use the best materials. Despite this, we understand that your time is valuable, so we’ll also try to keep the project as short as possible while maintaining our high-quality workmanship.
Does AZ Express Services have insurance?
Yes, we have full insurance, with general liability up to $1,000,000. On request, we will provide you with a certificate of insurance which you can verify.
What sort of warranty do you offer?
We source only the highest quality parts and materials for your home renovation project. Our certified contractors will do the installation of any parts and materials to the highest standard, often exceeding the manufacturer’s guidelines, ensuring that you get the full warranty on any parts we use.
When will my project start and finish?
Each project is unique, and it’s impossible to say for sure when a project will be done. However, our contractors are experienced enough to provide you with an estimate when they first arrive on your property. The contractor will do a walk around the house with you to identify what needs to be done and will then offer you a quote and the estimated date of start and completion.
We value your time, so we’ll only begin the work at a time and date that suits you. From that date onwards, we’ll try to stick to the deadline initially agreed upon. If any unforeseen circumstances arise that change this date, we will get in touch with you immediately.
Can the quoted price change?
AZ Express Services is fully committed to transparency; there are no hidden costs on your quote. Ideally, the price you’ve been quoted is the price you will pay at the end of the project.
However, there can be some hidden elements that can affect the time and price of the home improvement project. These are things that the contractor can’t predict, and sometimes, unexpected items need to be addressed if we want to do the best job possible.
If we encounter such elements, we’ll notify you immediately and discuss the process going forward. We will quote you a new price for the repair of these hidden elements that you can either accept or reject. At no point will you be charged for a job that you haven’t been made aware of or approved. We value our customers and want to give them the best home improvement experience possible.
